Care Advice

We recommend the following considerations so that it is preserved for as long as possible:

Day to Day

We recommend not wearing your jewelry when performing certain activities (sleep, sports, gardening, etc.) to avoid rapid wear and tear or coming into contact with harmful substances.

It is also a good idea to remove your jewelry when you are washing so that it does not come into contact with corrosive detergents that could permanently damage precious metals, stones, or pearls. Keep your jewelry away from intense sources of heat and extreme temperature changes.

To prevent damage to your piece, we recommend avoiding exposure to fragrance, soap, chemicals, or cosmetics, as these could affect its color and form. It is best to wait until fragrances and cosmetics have dried completely before wearing your jewelry.

Maintaining

To keep your jewelry piece gleaming, we recommend delicately cleaning it with a soft, dry, non-lint cloth. This method can also be applied to our staff without any risk of damage.

Professional cleanings are recommended as often as once a year. We encourage you to bring your jewelry back to us for the service. Our staff is experienced in all aspects of jewelry care.

If you have any doubts about the condition of your jewelry, we will be delighted to assist you in caring for and revitalizing it.

Storing

When not worn, we strongly advise you not to place several pieces of jewelry together without protection to prevent them from rubbing against or scratching each other. We recommend you keep your jewelry in its original box for protection.
